Cocktail recipes

1. Alabama Slammer

½ oz almond liqueur ½ oz peach liqueur ½ oz sloe gin 1 splash orange juice 1 splash sweet and sour mix Ice cubes  Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned style glass and serve.

2. American Flyer

1 ½ oz light rum 1 tbsp lime juice ½ tsp sugar syrup Champagne Crushed ice  Add the rum, lime juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and shake. Strain into a chilled white wine glass and fill with champagne. Serve.

3. Après Ski

1 oz vodka ½ Pernod liquorice liqueur ¼ oz green crème de menthe 3 oz lemonade Slice of lime, to garnish Crushed ice  Pour all the ingredients into an old-fashioned style glass, over ice. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

4. Arctic Kiss

2 oz vodka 3 oz champagne  Chill the vodka in the freezer or in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne. Serve.  B

1 part coffee liqueur 1 part orange liqueur 1 part Irish cream liqueur Ice-cubes  Combine all of the ingredients in a mixer with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned style glass filled with ice, and serve.

6. Bahaman Breeze

½ oz apricot brandy ½ oz banana liqueur ¼ oz grenadine syrup ¼ oz honey ½ oz lemon juice 1 oz orange juice 1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz dark rum ½ oz coconut rum Wedge of orange, to garnish Cherry, to garnish Ice cubes  Combine all the ingredients in a blender with 2-3 ice cubes, and blend. Pour over ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry. Serve.

7. Bali Hai

2 oz light rum 1 oz brandy 2 oz fresh lime juice 2 oz fresh lemon juice 1 tsp grenadine syrup Champagne Crushed ice  Combine all the ingredients except the champagne in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and shake. Pour into a Collins glass and fill with champagne. Serve.

8. Bay Breeze

3 shots of vodka 1 shot of cranberry juice 1 shot of pineapple juice Ice cubes  In a tall glass pour the vodka over the ice cubes, add the pineapple juice and then gently add the cranberry juice (which should stay on the top).

9. Bellini

Serves 2 2 oz peach nectar 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 oz peach schnapps 3 oz champagne Handful of crushed ice  Combine the peach nectar, lemon juice and peach schnapps in a chilled cham- pagne flute. Add the crushed ice, stir and then add the champagne.

10. Black Russian

1 ½ oz vodka 1 oz Coffee liqueur Ice cubes 1 squeeze of fresh orange  Add all the ingredients together in a glass and stir briefly. Serve.

11. Bloody Mary

1 oz Vodka 3 oz tomato juice 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ½ oz lemon juice 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper 1 stalk of celery Ice cubes  Combine vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper all in mixing glass. Pour back and forth between two mixing glasses. Stain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with celery stalk.

12. Blue Hawaiian

1 oz light rum 2 oz pineapple juice 1 oz blue Curacao liqueur 1 oz cream of coconut 1 cherry 1 slice pineapple Ice cubes  Blend the light rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with ice in a blender. Pour the contents into a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

13. Blue Lagoon

1 oz vodka 1 oz blue Curacao liqueur Lemonade or soda water 1 cherry Ice cubes  Pour the vodka and Curacao over ice in a highball glass. Fill with lemonade or soda water, and top with a cherry. Serve.

14. Blue Motorcycle

1 oz vodka 1 oz rum 1 oz gin 1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur Top with lemonade/soda Ice cubes  Half-fill a shaker with ice, then add the ingredients, shake well and serve.

15. Bucks Fizz

4 oz champagne 2 oz orange juice 1 tsp grenadine syrup  Combine the champagne and orange juice in a frosted wine glass, top with grenadine syrup and serve.

16. Bushwhacker

(Serves 2) 4 oz cream of coconut 2 oz coffee liqueur 1 oz black rum 1 oz crème de cacao 4 oz milk Ice cubes  Combine the ingredients with two handfuls of ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, and serve.  C

17. Captain and Coke

1 ½ oz Captain Morgan Original spice rum 4 ½ oz Coca-cola  Pour the rum and cola into a highball glass over ice. Mix until the cola fizzes, and then serve.

18. Cheeky Vimto

1 or 2 oz of port (depending upon preference) 9 oz bottle of WKD vodka blue  Combine the ingredients in a highball glass, stir and serve.

19. China White

¾ oz crème de cacao ¼ oz Irish cream liqueur 1 tsp cinnamon  Pour the cream de cacao into an old-fashioned style glass. Add the Irish cream liqueur and top with cinnamon. Serve.

20. Coffee Grasshopper

¾ oz coffee brandy ¾ oz crème de menthe ¾ oz light cream Ice cubes Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

21. Cosmopolitan

1 oz vodka ½ oz triple sec ½ oz lime juice ½ cranberry juice  Mix the vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.

22. Cuba Libre

2 oz light rum Juice of ½ a lime Coca-cola Ice cubes  Pour the lime juice into a highball glass over ice cubes. Add the rum and top with cola. Stir and serve.  E

23. El Diablo

2 oz tequila ¾ oz crème de cassis Wedge of lime Ginger ale Ice cubes  Pour the tequila and crème de cassis over ice into a Collins glass. Top with gin- ger ale, and squeeze the juice of the lime wedge. Serve.  F

24. Firework

4 oz champagne 1/3 oz gin ½ oz tangerine schnapps Twist of orange, to garnish Pour all the ingredients in the order above into a champagne flute, garnish with a twist of orange, and serve.

25. Flying Grasshopper

1 oz crème de cacao 1 oz vodka 1/3 oz green crème de menthe Crushed ice  Shake briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice. Serve with a short straw in a short glass.

26. French Connection

1 ½ oz cognac ¾ oz amaretto almond liqueur Ice cubes  Pour ingredients into a glass over ice, stir, and serve

27. Fruit Harpoon

2 oz vodka 1 oz orange liqueur 2 tsp cordial 1 oz cranberry juice Lime wedge, to garnish Ice cubes ,Place the vodka, orange liqueur, lime cordial and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into margarita glass. Garnish with the lime wedge and serve.

28. Full Moon

1 part amaretto liqueur 1 part Orange liqueur  Tilt a brandy glass and pour in the amaretto. While still tilting, add the orange liqueur. Gently roll the glass in the tilted position, set upright, and serve.

29. Fuzzy Navel

1 part peach schnapps 1 part orange juice 1 part lemonade Ice cubes  Combine all of the ingredients in a highball glass, top with ice, and serve.

 30. Georgia Peach

1oz peach schnapps Orange juice Cranberry juice Ice cubes Pour the schnapps over ice in a highball glass. Top with orange and cranberry juice, and serve.

31. Gin and Tonic

2 oz gin 5 oz tonic water 1 lime wedge Ice cubes  Pour the gin and the tonic water into a highball glass with plenty of ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

32. Gladiator

½ oz almond liqueur ½ oz peach liqueur 2 oz orange juice 2 oz lemonade or soda  Pour the almond and peach liqueur into a mixer and shake. Pour the mixture into a glass containing the orange juice. Add the lemonade or soda and stir.

33. Golden Nugget

2oz Peach liqueur (Southern comfort) 5oz grapefruit juice Ice cubes  Shake over ice and pour into a highball glass

34. Grasshopper

¾ oz green crème de menthe ¾ oz white crème de cacao ¾ oz light cream Ice cubes  Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

35. Grateful Dead

1 part tequila 1 part vodka 1 part light rum 1 part gin 1 part raspberry liqueur Ice cubes  Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and mix. Pour over ice in a Collins glass, and serve.

36. Green Dragon

4 oz champagne 1 oz melon liqueur Cherry, to garnish  Pour the champagne and melon liqueur into a champagne flute, garnish with a cherry and serve.

37. Green Mexican

3 oz tequila 3 oz melon liqueur Sweet and sour mix Orange slice, to garnish Ice cubes  Fill a Collins glass with ice then add the tequila and melon liqueur. Top with the sweet and sour mix. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.

38. Harvey Wallbanger

1 ¼ oz vodka ¼ oz hazelnut liqueur 3 oz orange juice 1 slice of orange Ice cubes  Pour the vodka and orange juice into a highball glass with ice. Stir and float the hazelnut liqueur on top. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.

39. Hat Trick

½ oz dark rum ½ oz light rum ½ oz sweet vermouth Ice cubes In a mixing shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the dark rum, light rum, and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

40. Hummingbird

1 banana 1 oz coconut cream 1 oz crème de bananas 1 oz rum ½ coffee liqueur Handful of strawberries Crushed ice  Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a large wine glass.

41. Hurricane

1 oz vodka ¼ oz Grenadine syrup 1 oz gin 1 oz light rum ½ oz Bacardi rum 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur 1 oz triple sec Grapefruit juice Pineapple juice Ice cubes  Pour all but the juices, in the order listed, into a large tall glass (3/4 filled with ice). Fill with equal parts of grapefruit and pineapple juice, and serve.  I

42. Ice Bomb

2 oz raspberry vodka 2 oz orange vodka 2 oz vodka 1-2 oz lemonade or soda water Ice cubes  Combine all the ingredients in a highball glass and fill with ice cubes. Top with lemonade or soda water, and serve.

 43. Italian Apple Martini

¾ oz amaretto liqueur 1 ½ apple schnapps ¾ oz vodka 1 splash lime juice 1 splash cranberry juice Crushed ice  Combine all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve.

44. Jager Bomb

½ can of Red Bull or similar energy drink 1 oz Jagermeister Pour the ½ can of red bull energy drink into a cocktail glass. Pour the jager- meister into a shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the cocktail glass, allow to mix, and serve.

45. Jamaican Sunset

1 ½ oz vodka 1 ½ oz Jamaican coconut rum Orange juice 1 splash grenadine syrup  Combine the vodka and the coconut rum. Fill with orange juice and add a splash of grenadine. Shake or stir.

46. Japanese Slipper

1 shot melon liqueur 1 shot vodka 1 shot lemon juice  Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

47. Jolly Rancher

1 ½ oz melon liqueur ½ oz blueberry schnapps Sweet and sour mix ½ oz grenadine syrup 1 cherry Ice cubes  Shake melon liqueur and blueberry schnapps with ice and strain into a glass over ice cubes. Fill with sweet and sour, add grenadine for colour, and stir. Add cherry on top and serve.  K

48. Kiss on the lips

1 ½ oz peach schnapps 4-6 oz frozen mango syrup or mango juice 1 tbsp grenadine syrup Crushed ice Blend the schnapps, mango mix (or juice) and crushed ice. Pour the grenadine syrup into a cocktail glass and then pour the schnapps mixture on top. Serve.  L

49. Lava Flow

1 oz light rum 1 oz Malibu coconut rum Handful of strawberries 1 banana 2 oz pineapple juice 2 oz coconut cream  Blend the banana, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a blender and set aside. In a hurricane glass combine both of the rums, and the strawberries, and mix together.  Slowly add the banana/coconut/pineapple mix slowly into the glass. The fruit mix should creep up the sides of the glass adding vibrant colour to the cock- tail.

50. Lemon Drop

1 ½ shots vodka 1 ½ shots orange liqueur 1 lemon wedge Ice Sugar Pour the vodka and orange liqueur into a shaker. Squeeze the lemon juice into the shaker. Put a good amount of ice into the shaker, close and shake until cold. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass and then dip the rim into the sugar. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

51. Lemonade Lush

1 part lemon juice 1 part sweet and sour mix 1 part tequila 1 part triple sec Ice cubes  Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass, and serve.

52. London Fog

2 oz gin ¼ oz liquorice liqueur Ice  Shake gin and liquorice liqueur with cracked ice. Strain into a red wine glass packed with shaved ice.

53. Long Island Ice Tea  A classic recipe.

1 part vodka 1 part tequila 1 part rum 1 part gin 1 part triple sec 1 ½ sweet & sour mix Splash of coca cola Ice cubes  Mix the ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure it has a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.  M

54. Maiden’s Prayer

1 ½ oz gin ½ oz triple sec 1 oz lemon juice Ice cubes  Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

55. Mai Tai

1 oz light rum ½ oz crème de almond ½ oz triple sec Sweet and sour mix Pineapple juice ½ oz dark rum Pour the light rum, crème de almond and triple sec, in order, into a Collins glass. Fill nearly to the top with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and pineap- ple juice. Top with the dark rum. Serve with a straw.

56. Malibu and Coke

2 oz coconut rum 4 oz coca-cola Ice cubes  Pour the rum over ice in a highball glass. Fill with cola and serve.

57. Melon Ball

2 oz melon liqueur 1 oz vodka 4 oz pineapple juice A ball of fresh melon, to garnish Slice of lime, to garnish  Combine the vodka, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice in a cocktail mixer. Shake and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with a melon ball and slice of lime on a cocktail stick. Serve with a straw.

 58. Midori Sour

1 part (Midori) Melon Liqueur 1 part sour mix Ice cubes Combine the ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Stir and serve.

59. Mimosa

2 oz orange juice 4 oz champagne Ice cubes  Pour the orange juice into a Collins glass with a couple of ice cubes. Fill to the top with chilled champagne. Stir slowly and serve.

60. Mind Eraser

2 oz vodka  2 oz coffee liqueur 2 oz tonic water  Combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, and tonic water into an old-fashioned style glass. Serve with a straw.

61. Mojito

1 ¼ oz of spiced rum (rum of choice) 12 mint leaves 1 tbsp sugar ½ oz lime juice 2 oz soda water Crushed ice Place mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass. Add crushed ice, rum, sugar and lime juice, and stir. Add the soda water to fill and garnish with mint leaves.

62. Mojito Diablo

1 ½ oz white tequila ½ oz crème de cassis 2 lime wedges 12 fresh mint leaves 3 – 6 oz of lemonade or soda 1 tbsp brown sugar Crushed ice  Mix the sugar, mint and squeezed lime wedges in a mixing shaker. Fill with ice, and then add tequila and cassis shake well. Pour into a Collins glass, and top with lemonade or soda. Garnish with fresh mint.

63. Mountain Breeze

½ oz vodka ½ oz gin ½ triple sec 1 oz cranberry juice ½ oz rum ½ oz tequila 1 ½ oz sweet and sour mix ½ oz grapefruit juice Ice cubes  Combine all the ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Shake well and garnish with a lime wedge.  N

64. New Yorker Martini

1 oz gin 1 oz bianco vermouth 1oz sherry 1 tbsp orange Curacao Twist of lemon Ice cubes  Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

65. Old-fashioned Rum & Coke

4 oz white rum 8 oz coca-cola Ice cubes  Place both ingredients in an old-fashioned style glass with ice, and serve.

66. Ozone

1 ½ oz amaretto almond liqueur 1 tsp of beer 3 oz sweet and sour mix Splash of lemonade/soda Ice cubes  Add amaretto, beer and sweet and sour mix to an ice-filled glass. Top with lemonade/soda, stir lightly and serve.

67. Pearl Jam

1 oz orange vodka 4 oz club soda 1 oz orange juice Ice cubes  Pour the orange vodka into an ice-filled highball glass. Add club soda and top with orange juice. Serve.

68. Peach Dream

1 oz peach schnapps 6 – 8 oz lemonade or soda (sprite or 7up) 1 dash grenadine syrup Cherry, to garnish Ice cubes  Dip the rim of a hurricane glass in sugar. Fill with ice and add the peach schnapps and lemonade or soda. Add a dash of grenadine syrup. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.

69. Pina Colada

3 oz light rum 3 tbsp coconut cream 3 tbsp crushed pineapples or pineapple juice Crushed ice  Combine all the ingredients in a blender with 2 handfuls of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short time. Strain into a Collins glass and serve with a straw.

70. Pink Squirrel

1 oz crème de noyaux 1 tbsp white crème de cacao 1 tbsp light cream Ice cubes  Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

71. Purple Haze

2 oz vodka ¾ glass orange juice Blackberry schnapps Ice cubes  Mix vodka and orange juice together in a glass. Add blackberry schnapps, ice and serve.

72. Purple Haze Extreme

½ oz tequila ½ oz rum ½ oz vodka ½ oz gin ½ Raspberry liqueur 1 oz sweet and sour mix Lemonade or soda Ice cubes  Combine all the liqueur ingredients in an ice-filled margarita glass. Add the sweet and sour mix, then top with lemonade or soda, and serve.  R

73. Red Devil

1 ½ oz vodka 1 ½ oz peach schnapps 1 ½ peach liqueur 1 ½ sloe gin 2 oz triple sec 2 oz orange juice 1 splash grenadine syrup Ice cubes  Mix the vodka, peach schnapps, peach liqueur, sloe gin and triple sec in an ice- filled cocktail shaker. Add the orange juice and grenadine syrup and shake. Serve in a large glass.

74. Rising Sun

2 oz sake rice wine ½ oz grenadine syrup 8 – 12 oz orange juice Slice of lemon, to garnish Ice cubes  Shake the sake rice wine and grenadine syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and fill with orange juice. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Serve.

75. Royal Flush

1 ½ oz Crown Royal Canadian whisky 1 oz peach schnapps ½ oz raspberry liqueur 1 oz cranberry juice Ice cubes  Pour all the ingredients into an old-fashioned style glass, over ice, and serve.

76. Rum Sour

2 oz light rum 1 oz lemon juice ½ tsp fine sugar Ice cubes Slice of orange, to garnish Combine the rum, lemon juice, and sugar in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.

77. Rusty Nail

1 ½ oz scotch whisky ½ oz Drambuie scotch whisky 1 twist of lemon peel Ice cubes  Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned style glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with a lemon twist.

5 oz grapefruit juice 1 ½ oz gin ¼ tsp salt Ice cubes  Combine all of the ingredients in a highball glass with ice cubes. Stir well and serve.

79. Screaming Orgasm

1 oz vodka 1 ½ oz Irish cream liqueur ½ oz coffee liqueur Crushed ice  Firstly pour the vodka into a cocktail glass over crushed ice, add the Irish cream liqueur and then top with the coffee liqueur. Stir and serve.

80. Screwdriver

1 ½ oz vodka 6 oz orange juice Ice cubes  Pour the vodka into an ice-filled glass and top with orange juice. Serve.

81. Sex on the Beach

1 ½ oz vodka ½ oz peach schnapps 2 oz cranberry juice 2 oz orange juice Ice cubes  Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice, and stir.

 82. Shady Lady

1 oz melon liqueur 1 oz tequila 4 oz grapefruit juice 1 slice of lime 1 cherry Ice cubes  Combine the melon liqueur, tequila, and grapefruit juice over ice in a highball glass and stir. Add the slice of lime, top with a cherry, and serve.

83. Singapore Sling

½ oz grenadine syrup 1 oz gin Sweet and sour mix ½ oz cherry brandy Club soda Ice cubes  Pour grenadine into the bottom of a Collins glass, and fill with ice. Add gin, and almost fill with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and chilled soda. Top with cherry brandy, and serve unstirred. Top with a cherry.

84. Snowball

1 shot advocaat liqueur 2 shot of lemonade or soda Ice cubes Tsp sugar  Take the glass and rub the edge on a lemon, then dip the rim in sugar. Add the ice cubes, and advocaat liqueur. Fill with lemonade/soda. Stir.

85. Spring Smash

8 fresh mint leaves 1 orange wedge 1 lemon wedge 2 tsp crème de peche 2 oz gin 1 oz fresh apple juice Crushed ice and ice cubes Mint sprig, to garnish  Place the mint and fruit into a cocktail shaker and muddle (using the handle of a bar spoon or pestle). Add the crème de peche, gin, apple juice, and a handful of ice cubes and shake. Strain into an old-fashioned style glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.

86. Spritzer

4 oz white wine Lemonade or soda  Pour the wine into a white wine glass, top with soda, and serve.

 87. Stinger

1 ½ oz brandy ½ oz white crème de menthe Ice cubes  Shake all the ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass. Serve

88. Strawberry Champagne

3 oz champagne ¾ oz vodka ¾ oz strawberry brandy A strawberry, to garnish Crushed ice  Pour all the ingredients into a white wine glass half-filled with crushed ice. Gar- nish with two halves of a strawberry and serve.

89. Strawberry Daiquiri

½ oz strawberry schnapps 1 oz light rum 1 oz lime juice 1 tsp sugar 1 oz strawberries Ice cubes  Combine all the ingredients with ice in a blender. Blend and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a strawberry.  T

90. Tequila Sunrise

1 oz tequila Orange juice Splash of Cranberry juice 2 dashes grenadine syrup Crushed ice  Pour the tequila into a highball glass with crushed ice. Fill to just below the top of the glass with orange juice. Tilt the glass and pour the cranberry juice and grenadine syrup down the side of the glass. Both should sink below the orange juice, creating a colourful sunrise effect. Serve.

91. Tokyo Tea

½ oz vodka ½ oz rum ½ oz gin ½ tequila ½ triple sec 1 oz melon liqueur Ice cubes  Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Serve.

92. Tom Collins

2 oz gin 1 oz lemon juice 1 tsp sugar 3 oz club soda 1 cherry 1 slice of orange Ice cubes Half fill a shaker with ice cubes, and then combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir. Garnish with a cherry and slice of orange.

93. Tropical life saver

¾ oz melon liqueur ¾ oz coconut rum Pineapple juice Ice cubes  Fill a highball glass with ice, and add the melon liqueur and the coconut rum. Top with pineapple juice, shake and serve.

94. Volcano

¾ oz raspberry liqueur ¾ oz blue Curacao liqueur Champagne Twist of orange peel, to garnish  Pour the liqueurs into a champagne flute and fill with ice-cold champagne. Add a twist of orange peel to garnish, and serve.

95. Whiskey Sling

2 oz blended whiskey 1 oz lemon juice 2 tsp fine sugar 2 tsp water Ice cubes Twist of lemon, to garnish  Combine the whiskey, lemon juice, sugar and water in a cocktail shaker, half- filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.

96. White Bull

¾ oz tequila ¾ oz coffee liqueur Cream Ice cubes  Pour the tequila and coffee liqueur into a highball glass with ice. Fill with cream, stir, and serve.

97. White Lady

2 oz gin 1 egg white 1 oz light cream 1 tsp sugar Ice cubes Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, combine all the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

98. White Russian

2 oz vodka 1 oz coffee liqueur Light cream Ice cubes  Pour the vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes into a glass. Fill with light cream and serve.  99. Woo Woo 1 ½ peach schnapps 1 ½ vodka 3 ½ oz cranberry juice Ice cubes  Combine all the ingredients into a highball glass with ice cubes. Stir and serve.  Z

100. Zombie

½ oz Bacardi rum 1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz orange juice ½ oz apricot brandy 1 tsp sugar 2 oz light rum 1 oz dark rum 1 oz lime juice  Blend all the ingredients, apart from the Bacardi rum, with ice. Pour into a Collins glass. Pour the Bacardi rum on top – it should float atop the other ingredients. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a sprig of mint. Serve.
